      When we’re not chasing sunshine, stirring up homemade chai, or laughing way too hard at our own jokes, we’re doing what lights us up, helping women reconnect with themselves and feel good in their bodies again.

      We created The Lighter Path because we know that weight loss isn’t just about willpower or meal plans, it’s about how you think, how you feel, and how supported you are as you make changes that actually last.

      After working with women who’ve “tried it all,” we knew there needed to be another way. One that’s kind, sustainable, and actually works with your life.
